Call for Papers
The 10th annual
Logic, Mathematics, and Physics Graduate Philosophy Conference
will take place on May 9-10, 2010, at the
University of Western Ontario
in London, Ontario, Canada.

The conference is held in conjunction with the Annual UWO Conference in the Philosophy of Science. LMP attendees are invited to stay on with us for this conference.

We are glad to announce that
Kevin Kelly (Carnegie Mellon)
will be giving the keynote address on formal learning theory.

Call for Papers


Graduate students are invited to submit papers on any topic in logic, philosophy of logic, philosophy of mathematics, philosophy of physics, and formal epistemology (including decision/game theory, philosophy of probability and statistics).

Papers in philosophy of physics will be considered for the 7th Annual Clifton Memorial book prize. The contest will be adjudicated by philosophy of science faculty members at Western.
Papers should be no longer than 4000 words. Presentations will be limited to 30-35 minutes and will be followed by a 20-minute period of discussion.
Please submit papers by email (preferably as a .pdf attachment) by February 6th, 2010. They should be prepared for blind review, and should be accompanied by an abstract (no longer than 300 words) as well as a cover sheet containing the author’s name, institutional affiliation, title of the paper, regular and email addresses, and telephone number(s). We will endeavor to make accommodations available to all visiting graduate students.
